Clipping agency prices that are public, side by side

VALORAE Arc's two floors next to six clipping services whose own pages print a price or a minimum, each fetched on 27 September 2026, with a guide to reading CPM budgets and retainers.

Short answer

VALORAE Arc has no public price list: an in-house campaign starts from $1,000 and a public campaign has a $2,000 minimum. Six other clipping services print a price or minimum on their own pages, compared here.

Six clipping services print a price or a minimum on their own site. I found them by checking eleven, one page at a time, on 27 September 2026.

The reason I bothered is the SIGIR 2026 pricing study, arXiv 2605.25517, which found that a page with an explicit price beats the identical page without one at an odds ratio of 6 or more for citation.

Buyers want the number first. So do the engines that answer them.

Here is the complication. Our own row is the thinnest in the table.

VALORAE Arc has no public price list. It has two floors, and I will not define what sits inside them on this page.

A comparison of public prices, written by someone who does not print a full list, owes you an explanation. It is in Step 5.

Step 1: The rule for getting into the table

Two tests. The price had to sit on the vendor's own page, and I had to read it there myself on 27 September 2026.

Third-party roundups did not count. Neither did a figure shown only inside a sample dashboard graphic, or a per-view benchmark with the real total scoped on a call.

I checked eleven clipping agencies and campaign services. Six passed and five were excluded.

The five I left out. ClippingAgency.co publishes per-view benchmarks on clippingagency.co/clipping-campaigns/ and says total campaign pricing is set on the strategy call, per that page on 27 September 2026.

Clipping.net's brand page showed its figures only inside a sample dashboard when I loaded it on 27 September 2026. Clouted, Genni and ClipTech showed no brand price or minimum on the pages I could load that day.

That says nothing about their work. It only means I could not fill their row without guessing.

Step 2: Six public prices, one row at a time

Clipping Culture. Its page at clippingculture.com/clipping-agency-pricing says managed campaigns start at $15k, fetched 27 September 2026.

The same page, fetched 27 September 2026, lists $15k, $50k, $100k and $250k+ as illustrative starting points priced solely on target verified-view volume. It gives an expected average CPM under $1.25 at the first tier and under $0.85 at the $250k+ tier, on the page fetched 27 September 2026.

Lumina Clippers. Its page at luminaclippers.com/pricing, fetched 27 September 2026, prices on a custom CPM per 1,000 verified views with budgets from $5,000 to $200,000+.

That page lists six things inside the CPM: strategy, clip production, creator distribution, brand-safety review, a live dashboard and weekly optimization.

FindClout. Its page at findclout.com/pricing, fetched 27 September 2026, lists a $2,500 minimum, a logo and caption campaign that puts your watermark on memes at $0.20 CPM, and a content campaign at $1.50 to $3.00 CPM.

In the content campaign, per that page on 27 September 2026, you supply the content and FindClout turns it into meme-native variations.

Vyro. Its page at vyro.com/for-brands, fetched 27 September 2026, sets a $1,000 minimum budget, funded upfront.

Per that page, you are charged only for verified views on approved submissions at a CPM you cap, across TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and X. Unused budget comes back at campaign end.

FORKOFF. Its homepage at forkoff.xyz, fetched 27 September 2026, bills an average of $0.003 per qualified view, which works out to $3 per 1,000.

Per that page, the rate and a view target are agreed per campaign, with no monthly retainer and no minimum term.

Vidpros. Its page at vidpros.com/pricing, fetched 27 September 2026, lists Part Time at $1,000 a month for a dedicated editor two hours per workday, and Full Time at $4,000 a month for eight hours a day.

It is a month-to-month editing subscription, and video clipping is one of the services the site lists.

Read the model column before the price column. Rows with different models are not the same purchase, even when the numbers look close.

Step 4: How to read the columns

A CPM budget is a spending cap. It tells you the most you can spend and the rate you spend it at. It does not tell you how many clips get made or how many views arrive before the money runs out.

Every vendor defines its own view. Verified, approved, qualified: each page uses a different word, and each word is a filter the vendor sets.

FORKOFF's page, fetched 27 September 2026, names its four checks as watch time, platform policy, geography and bot detection. Ask every vendor for its list in writing.

Ask whose accounts post the clips. In a creator-distribution campaign the clips go out on other people's pages, and the trade-offs of that are in our post on pay-per-view clipping.

Check whether production is inside the rate. Lumina's pricing page lists clip production inside its CPM, while FindClout's logo campaign places your watermark on memes, both per pages fetched 27 September 2026.

A retainer buys capacity. Vidpros sells editor hours by the month, per its pricing page fetched 27 September 2026. It buys no views, and nothing in the price moves when a clip does well or badly.

What a single clip should include, and the line items that vary most, is in what podcast clipping costs. Whether a person on staff beats any of these rows is in agency, in-house editor or freelancer.

Step 5: Why our row has floors and no list

Here is where the complication resolves. The pricing study rewards an explicit price, and a floor is explicit.

It is a real number a buyer can quote back to us. It is also a real number an answer engine can lift into a reply about what a clipping campaign costs.

The upper end still moves with the show, the footage and the scope. So the final number is set per show, after someone has watched an episode.

I am not writing out what each campaign type includes. Those words get defined on the call, against your show, and a paragraph of guesses here would be a rate card by the back door.

The long version of that decision is in why we print two floors. Our group ran the same exercise for social media management in VALORAE Media's side-by-side table.

Step 6: What the table cannot tell you

"From", "starting at" and "minimum" are floors. None of these pages tells you what a typical client pays.

A CPM row and a retainer row will never line up cleanly. The model column is there so you stop trying.

Pricing pages move. Every URL above is plain text so you can open the same page and read the same line.

The short version

  • Read the model column before the price column.
  • Treat a CPM budget as a spending cap, never a view guarantee.
  • Ask each vendor what counts as a view and whose accounts post the clips.
  • Judge a retainer by the hours or output it names, since it buys no views.
  • Open every source page yourself and check the date.
  • Ask for a floor in writing before you book a call.

An in-house VALORAE Arc campaign starts from $1,000 and a public one has a $2,000 minimum, at valoraearc.com.

Frequently asked questions

What does a VALORAE Arc campaign cost?

Arc has no public price list. An in-house campaign starts from $1,000 and a public campaign has a $2,000 minimum, and the final number is set per show after someone has watched the footage.

Which clipping services print a price on their own site?

Of the eleven I checked on 27 September 2026, six did: Clipping Culture, Lumina Clippers, FindClout, Vyro, FORKOFF and Vidpros. The other five showed no brand price or minimum I could read on their own pages, so they are left out of the table.

Can I compare a CPM budget with a monthly retainer directly?

No. A CPM budget buys views at a rate, usually posted on other people's accounts, and the budget is a cap on spend. A retainer buys editing capacity for a month and buys no views at all. Line up what each number covers before you line up the numbers.

Will these prices still be right when I read this?

Possibly not. Every third-party number in the post names its page and the date I fetched it, 27 September 2026, so you can open the same page and check the same line.
