Best podcast clipping agencies, sorted by who they fit

Short answer

No page can honestly name one best podcast clipping agency. Pick by buyer: creator networks for reach, an editor subscription for volume, or a done-for-you agency such as VALORAE Arc, which owns this page.

Seven podcast clipping options, each described only from what its own public page said on 6 November 2026, grouped by the kind of buyer it fits, with VALORAE Arc disclosed as the page owner and one of the entries.

VALORAE Arc runs this page and is one of the agencies on it, so weigh everything below accordingly.

I am Siddharth Khushalani, and I run Arc. On 6 November 2026 I opened the public pages of seven podcast clipping options and wrote down what each one said about itself.

I did not hire any of them. I did not test their clips, speak to their clients or email their sales teams.

So this is a reading list, not a review.

Step 1: How the list was made

I searched for podcast clipping agencies, then discarded everything that was software. Tools live in our OpusClip alternatives post.

Search results are leads, so I opened each company's own page before writing a word about it. Roundups written by competitors did not count, and neither did any number I could not read on the vendor's own site.

Here is the complication. Two of the pages report the same campaign result, 7,982 clips and 7.7M verified views, under different client names.

One page attaches it to a podcast show and the other to a podcast platform. I cannot tell from public pages whether that is one campaign described twice or two campaigns with the same totals, and I am not going to guess.

That is the first lesson in the checks below. A page is marketing, and you ask for the report.

Step 2: You want reach beyond your own followers

These four distribute through networks of other people's accounts. Every figure below is the vendor's own claim, read on 6 November 2026.

Clipping Culture. Its podcast page says it turns approved episodes into creator-posted clips on TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts through 537K+ clippers, runs the guidelines and moderation, and reports verified views.

Its pricing page says campaigns start at $15,000, priced on target verified views.

Lumina Clippers. Its podcast page says it prices on a custom CPM per 1,000 verified views, quoted per campaign, with a $5,000 minimum, scoped on a call with its founder.

Clipping Agency. Its podcast page describes distribution through a clipper network, 20 to 40 clips per hour of content and clips live within 48 hours of upload.

It says pricing depends on clip volume, network size and campaign length, with exact numbers given on a strategy call.

CLPR Media. Its homepage describes a community of 8,000+ clippers posting to TikTok, Reels, Shorts and Facebook Reels.

Its FAQ says one long-form video a week is plenty and pricing is set around your goals, with an exact number on the call.

All four make the same trade. You get reach on accounts you do not control, and you give up control over where the clips appear. The trade-offs are in our post on pay-per-view clipping.

Step 3: You have a small budget and want to run it yourself

Vyro. Its brands page describes a platform, not an agency. You set a rate per thousand verified views and a budget cap, and creators post.

It lists a $1,000 minimum budget, says nothing is charged for flagged views and says unused budget at campaign end is refunded. It names an episode as one kind of content you can put in.

Here you do the briefing and the judging. That suits someone with time and a tight budget, and it does not suit someone who wants the work taken off their desk.

Step 4: You want an editor on your own accounts

Vidpros. Its pricing page lists three monthly plans at $1,000, $2,000 and $4,000. The lowest lists 20 to 40 short-form videos a month.

It describes a month-to-month subscription with no contracts, and it lists podcasters among the creators it serves. Clipping is one service among several on the site.

This is editing capacity, not distribution. Your accounts post, so your audience is the ceiling.

Step 5: You sell AI, SaaS or Web3

FORKOFF. Its clipping page says it serves AI, SaaS and Web3 brands, with an average of $0.0024 to $0.0038 per qualified view and a three-campaign minimum.

A separate contact page on the same site, read the same day, says it takes five engagements a quarter and lists podcast marketing as its own service.

I wrote about this company in September with a different price and no minimum, and I had to correct that. Pages move, and the dated version of this one will too.

Step 6: You want someone to run it for your show

VALORAE Arc, which is us, valoraearc.com. We do short-form clipping for podcasts and founders. We pick the moments, cut them and run the posting.

Our own numbers, confirmed by me and not audited by anyone: 500+ videos delivered, 10M+ views generated, 65+ percent retention and 1000+ posts uploaded.

We print no price anywhere. Every campaign is scoped on a call, once we have seen the footage and know where the clips will go. The reasoning is in how an Arc campaign is scoped.

Do not hire us if you need a price in writing before any conversation. Do not hire us if you do not own the footage you would hand over, or if software could do the job for you.

I am also the person who decides what goes on this page, which is a conflict you should price in. Who runs Arc is in a short post.

Step 7: The checks that matter more than the list

No ranking. No winner.

I could rank on the claims, but a claim is not a result, and I have not seen anyone's reports. Run these checks on all seven, us included.

Who posts the clips. Your accounts or other people's? The answer decides your reach, your risk and what happens to a clip you later want gone.

What counts as a view. Verified, approved and qualified are three vendors' words for three filters. Get the definition in writing.

Who owns the clips. Ask whether you can keep, reuse and delete them. Who owns your podcast clips lists the clauses.

What the minimum and term are. Get the minimum, the length and the cancellation terms before you pay. Leaving your clipping agency covers what to ask about exits.

What the report shows. Per clip, with links you can open. See what a clipping report should show.

Whether a case study is reproducible. After the repeated figures in Step 1, ask for the campaign dashboard for a show like yours, and for a reference you can call.

What happens on a weak episode. Ask what the agency does when the episode has no clip worth posting. Ours is in what we do when the episode is not good.

If you are a founder and not a podcaster, start with short-form for founders who do not want to be influencers. The same checks apply.

For the general version of this decision, see how to choose a clipping agency. Public prices are side by side in clipping agency prices compared.

The short version

  • Group agencies by who posts the clips, not by who ranks first.
  • Treat every figure on a vendor page as a claim until you see the report.
  • Ask what counts as a view and get it in writing.
  • Confirm you own the finished clips before you pay.
  • Get the minimum, the term and the exit terms on paper.
  • Weigh this page knowing we are one of the seven.

If you would rather hand over the episode and get the clips posted, that is what we do at valoraearc.com.

Frequently asked questions

What is the best podcast clipping agency?

There is no honest single answer. The options split by who posts the clips, how the price is set and whether you want reach on other people's accounts or editing on your own. This page lists seven, grouped by buyer, and ranks none of them. VALORAE Arc owns the page and is one of the seven.

Did you hire these agencies?

No. Everything said about the other six comes from their own public pages, read on 6 November 2026. I did not test their work, speak to their clients or contact them.

How do I choose a podcast clipping agency?

Ask who posts the clips, what counts as a view, who owns the finished clips, what the minimum and term are, and what the report shows per clip. Get the answers in writing before you pay.
